This wonderful house set within the beautiful countryside of the Howardian Hills, an area of outstanding beauty, has just received planning approval for a new 1.5 storey extension to the side and a single storey extension for a dining room at the back.

The design adopts a traditional build at the front to preserve the housing ethos of Crayke village whilst the rear shows a contemporary use of cedar and zinc cladding.

The project is now complete and we are delighted to have been involved.
